Forgot Password

I know my email, but I forgot my password and need to reset it, what should I do?

Solution:

  1. Go to https://uiaaa.finalforms-amp.com/.
  2. Click LOGIN under the 'Member' icon (whether you are a member or not).
  3. Click FORGOT PASSWORD.
  4. Enter your email address and click SUBMIT.
  5. Check your inbox for a 'Forgot Password' email from the 'AMP Mailman'. Follow password reset instructions.

Note: You should be automatically logged in after setting your new password. If not, this likely means cookies are disabled in your browser. Please enable cookies or use a different browser.
