If you are looking to access awards either to nominate or to edit your nominations, please click on the group below for directions.


You need to log in using your UIAAA email and password and you will find the Awards tab on your navigation bar at the top.

If you already have created an Guest account, you need to log into that account on the Guest login page. you will find the Awards tab on your navigation bar at the top.
If you are new and are looking to submit a nomination, you need to go to the Guest login page and click Signup at the bottom to create your account.

It is suggested you use a personal account in case you switch schools and lose access to your primary email. This address will be copied on association notifications.
Association Information

Please make sure you select the appropriate Membership Type. This will make sure the account is provisioned correctly.

Positions/Titles

Select the position(s) that you hold in your current occupation, along with the levels that position applies (check all that apply). As you make your selections, we will construct the appropriate title in the box below. If you do not see the position listed you can select Other and then customize the final title.

If this title does not accurately describe your position or you specified Other, you can use the Customize option to manually create your title.
School

Search by name for the school. You can leave this blank if: you are a district personnel, you cannot find the school, or you are not affiliated with a school.

Retired Members: If you have retired, please select the desired school/district you retired from.

Important: Please provide information about your tenure in the UIAAA prior to retirement. This is used to prove that you should receive retirement status.

If unsure, approximate year is acceptable.
Number of years since between first year and this year not spent in position. Used to determine total number of years served.
